In an unusual choice of visuals, worldwide news aggregation website, The Drudge Report, recently displayed a montage of four 1:6 action figures of President Barack Obama to highlight its link to a Washington Post news article about gun control.

The Obama action figure photos are an amusing alternative to the Drudge Report’s normal use of stock news photos culled from various online services. In the pictures, each figure is shown armed with a firearm and photographed in a related action pose.

The Obama action figures were manufactured and sold by DiD Corporation back in 2009. As far as can be determined, this marks the first and only appearance of ANY 1:6 scale action figure on the Drudge website.
